




**HR Coordinator – Umán, Yucatán** We are seeking an HR Coordinator with solid experience in operational recruitment, payroll administration, and human capital process management. This position is critical to ensuring employee well-being, productivity, and regulatory compliance within the organization. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes * Administer fiscal and non-fiscal payroll, personnel files, and pay slips * Oversee training, safety, and hygiene programs * Manage employee services (transportation, meals, medical care) * Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and performance indicators **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a coordination role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CONTPAQ, SUA, IDSE, IMSS * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills **Conditions:** * Net monthly salary: $17,000 MXN * Statutory benefits from day one (including savings fund and free meals) * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM * Location: Umán, Yucatán Apply now!
