For convenient money transfers, our customers can choose to send money in person at one of our agent locations or by phone directly with our customer service team. **Job Mission:** Deliver exceptional service by handling customer inquiries and managing checks, resolving issues, and ensuring quality and satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities:** **Customer/Agent Interaction:** * Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service. * Handle an average of 40 calls per day, maintaining a professional and friendly tone. * Respond accurately and professionally to inquiries and questions via phone or email. **Transaction and Verification Management:** * Clarify reasons for bank or internal check rejections. * Request check cancellations. * Manage release of checks held in retention filters. * Send confirmation letters for rejected checks. * Perform adjustments for incorrectly captured check amounts (post-processing adjustments). * Support agents in processing special checks (e.g., those over $10,000) or checks issued to businesses by responding to emails and calls to guide them through the process. **Information Management and Reporting:** * Record customer complaints, suggestions, and commonly reported issues. * Submit reports related to check operations. * Request additions to the “deny list” as needed. **Product Optimization:** * Gather internal and external feedback to identify areas for improvement in processes and product. * Propose adjustments to enhance customer experience and optimize operations. **Requirements:** Experience in check processing Customer service experience Call center experience Conflict resolution experience Flexible working hours **Offer Conditions:** **Net Monthly Salary:** 13200 **Benefits:** $13,200 gross monthly salary Paid training Monthly bonus based on English proficiency level (1,000 to 3,100) 100% remote work Minor and major medical expense insurance, plus life insurance Monthly food vouchers (6% of salary) 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) 100% vacation premium $1,000 Home Office incentive bonus Scholarships Open English scholarship Training courses Statutory vacation days Visa and passport fee reimbursement Discount coupons Payroll loans Opportunities for advancement to other departments
