IDS is seeking: Process Engineer Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related field Job Description: * With +3 years or more of experience as a Process Engineer * Experience in the technology, insurance, and finance industries. * Knowledge in dynamic documentation of processes, policies, manuals, and work instructions. * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (BPMN; SIPOC) * Experience in process diagramming and modeling * Knowledge in defining KPIs * Development, tracking, and control of work plans. * Knowledge in conducting audits and follow-up on implementation of non-conformities. * Experience in implementing and communicating processes.
