





**Job Objective:** **Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads, maximize return on investment (ROI), and support the sales department.** **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms as required by the project.** **2. Design and execute targeting strategies to capture high-value leads.** **3. Measure, analyze, and optimize real-time performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions).** **4. Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop campaign materials.** **5. Prepare clear, actionable reports for management and the sales department.** **Ideal Candidate Profile:** **• Proven experience in digital media buying (minimum 2 years).** **• Knowledge of conversion funnels and analytics tools.** **• Ability to optimize budgets and achieve performance targets.** **• Organized, analytical, and results-oriented.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
