We are looking for committed, ethical individuals with a growth mindset to join our team. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration** (degree required). * Minimum of 4 **years of experience in corporate treasury**. * Advanced knowledge of bank reconciliations, cash flow, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR). * ERP system experience preferred. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel**. **Skills and competencies:** * Financial analysis and decision-making. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure and stress tolerance. **Main responsibilities:** * Control and supervision of electronic banking and auditing of banking portals. * Preparation of cash flows, budgets, and financial projections. * Scheduling and control of supplier payments. * Bank reconciliations and analysis of accounts payable and receivable. * Petty cash management, reimbursements, and expense reporting. * Invoice control (including CFDI 4\.0\). * Implementation of internal controls, creation and oversight of procedure manuals. * Preparation of financial reports and reports for management. * Active participation in internal and external audits. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience, $17,000 to $18,000 monthly gross. * Weekly payroll. * Statutory and additional benefits. * 5% savings fund. * 14% grocery vouchers. * Employee discounts on company products. * Direct employment contract with the company.
