Important energy sector company is seeking talent for its Controlling area Position: **Controlling CAPEX – OPEX / Advanced English (Reports to US)** Location: **Cuauhtémoc / CDMX (Ave Reforma)** **Experience and Knowledge:** · \+ 3 years of experience in the power generation industry · \+ 5 years in a similar position (Not Managers) · Participate in budget preparation, as well as in making projections and forecasting analysis to support decision-making, paying special attention to the organization's operational and capital expenditures (Opex and Capex). · Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, primarily in Opex and Capex control. · Monitor and evaluate actual financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions, especially in Opex and Capex categories. · Prepare reports, present analyses, and provide financial advice to senior management to support strategic decision-making, with specific information on the organization's Opex and Capex. · Work closely with other departments to understand and address the company's financial and strategic needs, focusing on optimization of the organization's Opex and Capex. · KPIs related to cost savings. · Monthly reporting of savings, extra costs, or deviations. **Requirements:** Public Accountant, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field MBA (Preferred) Advanced English (Reports to US \& Brazil) **Salary and Benefits:** $45,000 \- $50,000 Gross (Before Taxes) Above-standard benefits (Health Insurance, Savings Fund, Food Vouchers, etc…) \+ Bonuses \+ Parking, among others….
