




Job Description and Responsibilities * Vendor communication and support. * Issuance of delivery receipts. * Check preparation and petty cash management. * Recording of income, expense, and journal entries. * Retrieval and processing of XML files for electronic accounting. * Reconciliation of Payment Complement vs. CFDI. * Account reconciliation. * Sales recording and reconciliation, file organization. Experience and Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting. * Desired knowledge of Contpaq, Contpaq Bancos, Electronic Invoicing, and QuickBooks; vendor communication skills; strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical abilities. Training will be provided.
