




A company dedicated to condominium management is looking for an Accounting Assistant. Requirements: * Age: 25 to 45 years old * Gender: Indifferent * Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting - finance, or related field. * Flexible schedule availability * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position of Accounting Assistant. Responsibilities: * Preparation and recording of accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for presentation to management. * Perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between accounting records and bank transactions. * Prepare accounting and tax reports, submitting them on established dates to management and committee. * Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Direct and Indirect Cash Flow Statements. * Manage and organize accounting documentation, including contracts, policies, receipts, and supplier invoices. * Maintain an updated work schedule (internal information coordinated with immediate supervisor) * Handle petty cash, reconcile it, and submit expense reports on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis. * Prepare and monitor the annual financial budget. * Follow up on collections and generate monthly delinquency reports. * Prepare annual budgets. * Prepare payment schedules and verify expenses.
