**Responsibilities** * Identify if there are issues in the ductwork. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on air conditioning systems, ensuring their optimal operation and compliance with quality standards. * Inspect the condition of air filters and replace them as necessary to ensure a healthy environment free of allergens. * Verify and adjust operating pressures in air conditioning systems, optimizing energy efficiency and performance. * Conduct electrical inspections on air conditioning equipment, ensuring secure connections and resolving potential operational issues, and if necessary, adjusting refrigerant charge. * Implement cleaning and disinfection procedures in air conditioning systems, complying with hygiene and sanitation standards. * Collaborate with the engineering team on renovation and maintenance projects for air conditioning systems, providing technical knowledge and field experience. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities performed and report any anomalies or repair needs. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations in all activities carried out, minimizing risks to personnel and facilities. **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing. * Knowledge of new air conditioning installations. * Basic knowledge of refrigeration and control of air conditioning systems. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and air conditioning system diagrams. * Basic hydraulic knowledge will be positively valued. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following established procedures and quality standards. **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years **Location:** Southern Zone, Mexico City **Contract Type**: Full-time **Benefits:** * Professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and safe working environment.
