




Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering professional with networking experience for monitoring, analysis, and management of events and incidents, report generation, and handling of service requests. Report generation and documentation **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering with networking experience. (Degree holder) **Work Location:** Insurgentes Sur, Tlalpan (near Metrobús Villa Olímpica). **Work Schedule:** Monthly rotating shift. **1–3 years of experience in:** * Identification and analysis of events and incidents * Execution of response actions to alerts and incidents * Creation of alert and incident tickets arising from monitoring and operations tools * Registration, tracking, and closure of alert and incident tickets * Daily and monthly report and documentation generation * Escalation of alerts and incidents via email and phone calls * Handling, review, and follow-up of alerts and incidents with respective departments * Monitoring and operation of tools for detection, management, and response to events and incidents * Proactive hunting of alerts, incidents, high response times, and response errors in real time across systems and servers * Monitoring and analysis of SPEI charts * On-site, email, and/or telephone support for service requests from involved departments **Competencies:** * Excellent service-oriented attitude * Availability * High commitment and accountability
