Produce necessary materials for other departments—including press releases, presentations, audiovisuals, graphics, and advertising—aligned with the established editorial line and graphic identity. * **Functions and Responsibilities:** **Management of Communications and Design Coordination Activities** \* Planning and execution of required activities. \* Coordination and supervision of the work team. \* Development of applicable proposals for internal and external institutional communication. **Development of Internal and External Communication Materials** \* Development of proposals to fulfill requests for printed, stationery, and digital materials. \* Addressing communication needs of various institutional departments. \* Collaborative production of graphic, written, and audiovisual materials. \* Implementation of modifications and updates to existing materials. **Management of Internal and External Communication Materials** \* Identification of required graphic, textual, audiovisual, and printed materials. \* Distribution of materials to respective departments. \* Tracking and awareness of available materials’ locations. **Support in Drafting Institutional Documents** \* Drafting documents for media outlets, the institutional website, and other institutions or agencies. **Supervision of Graphic Identity, Design, and Material Delivery** \* Maintenance of the editorial line and graphic identity across all materials produced by the department. \* Proposal of adjustments or modifications to the graphic or editorial identity, supported by appropriate justification. \* Alignment with management on institutional graphic and editorial guidelines. \* Technical and narrative review of audiovisual products (structure, visuals, sound). \* Verification of delivery timelines and coordination with requesting departments to ensure timely availability of materials. **Support for Institutional Events** \* Oversight of graphic material design required for events. \* Coordination of equipment setup in physical and digital spaces for live streaming. \* Logistical support during event coverage, including photography and videography. **Management and Monitoring of Institutional Social Media** \* Monitoring and supervision of content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. \* Tracking the preparation of monthly metrics and performance reports. **Support for Campaigns, Fairs, Workshops, and Sample Classes** \* Oversight of promotional material development for these activities. \* Joint logistical coordination with the Sales or Marketing department. \* Promotion via social media and the institutional website. \* Issuance of certificates and acknowledgments. \* Creation of registration forms (when required). \* Photographic and video documentation. \* Live streaming and/or recording of events. \* Monitoring of social media posts (before, during, or after events). **Monitoring Website and Intranet Updates** \* Updating banners and homepage content on the official website, as well as internal communication content on the intranet. \* Monitoring updates and uploads of blog posts, news items, and continuing education content (e.g., workshops and related events). **Institutional Requirements and Operational Coordination** \* Budgeting and tracking of printed materials. \* Vendor management: quotation, payment processing, delivery, and confirmation of availability. \* Overall organization of activities, dissemination of information, and coordination of human resources and materials. **Accountability, Reporting, and Operational Monitoring** \* Monitoring reports generated by the work team. \* Synthesis of relevant information for management or requesting departments. \* Evaluation of the status of scheduled activities. * **Requirements** \- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing and Advertising, or related fields. \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the field, including leadership of teams of five or more people. * **Knowledge** \- Microsoft Office Suite \- WhatsApp Business \- Google Workspace \- Database management and usage * **Professional Competencies** \- Teamwork \- Communication skills (verbal and written) \- Excellent service attitude \- Proactivity \- Negotiation and sales skills, as well as client persuasion abilities \- Organizational skills \- Problem-solving \- Creative design \- Content management \- Adaptability and flexibility * **What We Offer:** \- Full-time employment (Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). \- Work location: Rotation among campuses * SOUTH CAMPUS: Av.
