




A company specializing in developing high-quality projects tailored to the specific needs of each of our clients—leveraging our extensive experience and professionalism—is seeking, due to growth: ***REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.*** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Identify and negotiate viable land opportunities in CDMX. \- Manage opportunities from initial contact through formal acquisition. \- Rapidly and judiciously screen and discard non-viable land parcels. \- Negotiate directly with landowners to secure favorable terms. \- Integrate technical input from external architects, project managers, and analysts. \- Present only opportunities with genuine closing potential to the **Investment Committee**. Experience (3–8 years): \- Real estate development, retail expansion, brokerage, or serious consulting. \- Proven track record negotiating directly with property owners. \- In-depth knowledge of target zones in CDMX. \- Thorough understanding of the residential housing market in CDMX. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** \- High-level negotiation skills. \- Commercial acumen and sound judgment. \- Clear and polished communication. \- Ability to work at a fast pace with high autonomy. \- Capacity to make decisions based on incomplete information. \- Results-oriented mindset.
