The candidate will visit clients, gather on-site information, and prepare comprehensive estimates covering materials, labor, and execution timelines. Practical knowledge across multiple disciplines is essential: **plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, light carpentry, and finishing work**. Additionally, the candidate must possess sound technical judgment to assess actual work requirements—not relying solely on field teams. **Responsibilities** * Conduct client visits to inspect installations and define project scope. * Prepare detailed quotations (materials, labor, equipment, execution timelines). * Quote accurately and with healthy margins. * Assess actual job requirements and identify risks or additional work. * Compare material prices and select suppliers. * Coordinate with technicians to validate timelines and resource needs. * Review progress, document with photos, and update internal tools (using our software). * Follow up on proposals and address client inquiries. * Supervise the proper execution of assigned jobs. **Requirements** * Proven experience in general maintenance. * Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and finishing work. * Experience preparing quotations and managing costs. * Proficient use of Excel and digital tools. * Clear communication and professional client interaction. * **Valid driver’s license.** * **Ability to drive a standard vehicle (manual transmission).** * Availability to travel throughout Mexico City (CDMX) and the Metropolitan Area. * Ability to work in an organized manner and deliver quotations promptly. **Desirable** * Experience supervising technicians or crews. * Familiarity with Jobber, HubSpot, or similar CRMs. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Transportation support for client visits. * Growth opportunities within a company serving high-level industrial and commercial clients. * A stable work environment with clear processes.
