A technology company specializing in **Business Intelligence** is seeking a **Tech Recruiter** to attract and select profiles such as **developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and project managers**. **Your responsibilities:** * Post job openings and collaborate with department heads to define candidate profiles. * Conduct initial and basic technical interviews. * Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. * Support talent attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting IT professionals. * Familiarity with developer, QA, DevOps, and PM roles. * Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and **BUK software**. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. **We offer:** * $15,000 net monthly salary. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Work modality: On-site with some hybrid days to be determined. * Statutory benefits and growth opportunities. * Location: Av.
