




Conversational English is essential. * **Handle incoming and outgoing calls** courteously, following established greeting and farewell protocols. * **Channel guest requests** to the appropriate departments (reservations, concierge, housekeeping, room service, etc.). * **Provide general information** about the hotel, services, operating hours, and events. * **Record and follow up on messages** for guests and internal departments. * **Coordinate special requests** (wake-up calls, transportation, emergencies). * **Comply with confidentiality standards** and guest data protection requirements. * **Report incidents** and maintain effective communication with supervisors.
