As a Recruiter at AT RESTAURANTS, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process—from requesting professional and personal references to conducting exit interviews. Additionally, you will handle onboarding for new employees and ensure all personnel files are accurate and up to date. You will work in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, meaning you must be prepared to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your ability to work collaboratively will be essential, as you will closely coordinate with other departments to attract and retain top talent. Moreover, as a recruitment expert, you will leverage your skills to efficiently source and select candidates using a variety of recruitment channels. Your knowledge and experience in managing recruitment sources or portals will be invaluable to the success of our hiring process.
