A German metal-mechanical company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of flexible mechanical components for the automotive industry, located at Parque Vynmsa, Irapuato–Silao Highway, Guanajuato, is seeking: **Process Technician** **Job Objective:** Provide support to the production department through parameterization, model changes, and monitoring of the company’s production processes. **What will you do in this role?** * Adjust parameters to ensure product quality * Analyze recurring problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions * Understand and execute operational controls related to environmental aspects * Create, generate, and modify the various process programs for each machine * Record information in the department’s various formats * Meet KPIs * Provide technical support to ensure compliance with and monitoring of the production schedule * Randomly verify production’s adherence to defined operational controls * Participate in capability studies * Participate in production process improvement initiatives * Be responsible for model changes and track quality’s release approval for the assigned area * Escalate discrepancies between the production plan and actual shop-floor execution * Generate hourly reports for production plan tracking (TM area) * Coordinate solutions with various departments to achieve production targets Participate in identifying and reporting unsafe conditions (environmental hazards, safety risks, and quality risks). **What are we looking for in you?** * **1–2 years’ experience** in a similar position * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Automotive industry experience preferred * Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to work in teams * Availability to work rotating shifts **We offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability within the company * Transportation routes Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $1.00–$2.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
