We want to meet you Requirements 2 years of experience Gender: Not specified Excellent service attitude Personnel management and assertive communication skills Results-oriented Attention to detail Knowledge of Crystal and AAA systems Responsibilities * Participate in the training and evaluation of housekeepers. * Assign daily tasks to housekeepers. * Supervise the cleaning of guest rooms, as well as hallways, service areas, staircases, elevators, and report any defects. * Address immediate staff needs, as well as supply work materials and handle emergencies occurring in guest rooms that affect guest comfort. * Review maintenance department work according to service requisitions. * Report and fulfill guest requests, such as preferred cleaning times, extra beds, extra towels, or any other request—no matter how minor.
