Manage business administration. 2. Manage human resources. 3. Deliver an experience of Excellence in Customer Service to our customers. 4. Maintain and monitor order, cleanliness, and facility maintenance. **Job Activities:** * Supervise cash counts and cash register closings. * Place orders and manage proper inventory replenishment for the restaurant. * Conduct weekly inventories to monitor store costs. * Ensure quality and quantity of production in the kitchen, bar, and waitstaff areas. * Monitor correct implementation of the customer service protocol. * Address and resolve customer complaints, suggestions, and feedback. * Promote a positive work environment and reduce staff turnover. * Schedule and plan shifts to ensure coverage during established operating hours. * Record incidents and manage assigned roles. * Manage delivery sales: Process all orders from * platforms. * Manage takeout/delivery service sales: Receive off-premise orders. **(May perform additional tasks as requested)** **What Are the Requirements to Apply?** * Experience as a Branch Leader or Supervisor. * Minimum age: 25 years. * Familiarity with service standards. * Familiarity with cleanliness standards. * Knowledge of customer service excellence and client relations. * Accustomed to working with a smile. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Initiative. * Ability to handle situations appropriately within a service context. * Extroverted * Proactive * Adaptable * Team-oriented * Innovative mindset **What Do We Offer?** * **Mixed Salary.** * **$14,000.00 Monthly (Paid Weekly).** * **Cost/Audit Bonus: $1,000.00 (Monthly, starting from the 3rd month).** * **Staff Turnover Bonus: $1,000.00 (Monthly, starting from the 3rd month).** * **Opportunity for internal career growth.** * **Statutory Benefits.** Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with mid-week days off between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and/or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (rotating). * Includes public holidays * Includes weekends * Morning shift **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Soft Restaurant software (Mandatory) * Intermediate Excel proficiency (Mandatory) **Experience:** * Sales Management: 2 years (Mandatory) * Customer Service: 2 years (Mandatory) **If you are passionate about customer service and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity matches your profile.
