In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering customer service from the moment guests are seated until their departure, providing comprehensive information about our food and beverage offerings, and ensuring timely and accurate presentation of the bill in accordance with established standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify that dishes are presented correctly. * Ability to create original cocktails, adapt recipes, and use seasonal ingredients. * Accurately take orders at the table while actively engaging in upselling with each guest. * Explain beverages, make recommendations, and maintain effective communication with both staff and guests. * Ensure beverages are prepared safely and in compliance with local regulations. * Remain attentive to guests throughout the entire service period. * Take responsibility for guest satisfaction. **Specific Requirements:** * Prior experience as a bartender (6 months). * Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus. * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a clear inclination to assist and resolve issues. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to diverse situations in a dynamic environment. * Proactive attitude and promotional and sales skills.
