A leading Mexican company in its sector is seeking a National Operations Director. As the National Operations Director at Zascita, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, service profitability, and maximum customer satisfaction through process standardization and development of high-performance teams across the entire territory. Responsibilities: * Design and implement the national operational strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth, profitability, and service quality objectives. * Lead the assessment, mitigation, and response to nationwide security risks by establishing protocols and procedures for critical incident management. * Create, document, and implement unified operational manuals and protocols for all services nationwide. * Ensure all services meet service level agreements and established quality standards for each client. * Monitor the performance of Regional Deputy Directors and supervisory teams to ensure proper execution of protocols. * Analyze and optimize operational cost structures (incidents, logistics, equipment) to improve profitability without compromising quality. * Maintain 100% operational staff coverage across all services nationwide, working closely with HR on mass recruitment and retention strategies. * Supervise the implementation of technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and response quality. Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree; MBA desirable. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in managerial roles (logistics and retail sectors) with teams exceeding 1,000 employees.
