A nationally recognized leader in the food industry and industrial cafeterias **is seeking an Operations Supervisor for an industrial cafeteria at a remote site (Papagos)** **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or technical certification * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar positions * Knowledge of food safety management systems * Familiarity with Standards NOM-017 and NOM-018 * Personnel management experience **What will you do in this position?** * Monitor temperature checks of prepared dishes and refrigeration units * Inspect personal hygiene among food service staff * Supervise food portioning * Verify cleanliness across all areas of the PPA (Food Preparation Area) * Supervise the completion of meal attendee lists during service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner) * Track TAG tickets to ensure timely and proper resolution * Ensure food service staff complete various logbooks within the PPA * Verify that the total number of food inserts brought by the general food assistant matches the total quantity of food to be served * Jointly complete temperature logs in the modules with the food assistant * Ensure deep cleaning tasks are performed according to the scheduled calendar * Provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to team members under supervision * Ensure team members perform assigned area cleaning tasks on time and as required * Follow up on tickets raised in your area * Guarantee compliance with **NOM-251**, as well as hygiene, food safety, and food quality standards * Implement and supervise processes related to the **“Distintivo H”** certification and Good Hygienic Practices for food handling **We offer** * Monthly salary of 15,000 * Weekly performance bonus * Weekly payroll payments * Meals provided during working hours * Statutory benefits from day one * Initial 6-month contract, with possibility of renewal or extension * Accommodation and transportation from your place of origin If interested, please apply through this channel and submit your CV.
