Your responsibilities will include conducting daily rounds of the hospital facilities and common areas to generate reports, performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to the annual schedule, meeting the hospital's needs by ensuring facilities remain visually and operationally at the highest standard, responding to service requests from various departments, and optimizing available resources for facility maintenance. Periodically check external supplies (L.P. gas, water, electricity, among others) to ensure their continuous functionality and guarantee service quality through a cordial relationship with our coworkers and visitors. What are we looking for? * Education: completed or partially completed high school * Knowledge in plumbing, electricity, and finishes. * One year of experience in a similar position What do we offer? Work schedule: Monday to Sunday with one day off Available shifts: Morning shift from 7:00 to 15:00 hrs. and Evening shift from 14:00 to 21:00 hrs. Work location: Santa Fe, CDMX.
