




***What are we looking for?*** We are seeking a strategic and operational profile to lead the Human Resources area within the TEXTILE sector. ***Key Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Coordinator * Solid knowledge of Labor Law, recruitment processes, pre-payroll, work climate, and organizational development * Experience managing union relations * Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, NOI * Strong service orientation, negotiation skills, and ability to work toward objectives ***Responsibilities:*** * Full process of attracting operational and administrative talent, including recruitment, onboarding, and hiring * Supervise incidents, hires, terminations, vacations, and payroll-related movements * Implement organizational climate and employee retention strategies * Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts * Support internal and external audits * Propose improvements to HR policies and procedures ***We Offer:*** * Competitive salary based on experience * Positive work environment and job stability * Benefits according to labor law * Full-time position; early departure on Fridays * Work location: Onsite employment Employment type: Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Work location: Onsite employment
