What you will do in this role * Lead and supervise all functions of the Human Resources department. * Implement 360° evaluations and development plans. * Manage employee well-being, social security, and labor relations. * Administer personnel ensuring regulatory compliance and REPSE requirements. * Design **talent retention and attraction strategies**. * Advise management on organizational development matters. * Coordinate performance evaluation processes and succession planning. * Resolve labor conflicts while promoting a positive and collaborative environment. Skills we would love you to have * Payroll processing and incident analysis. * Employee offboarding processes: negotiation, resignation, severance calculation, exit interviews. * Salary adjustments and internal changes. * Experience with **IMSS, KPIs, and ERP CASTELEC** (preferred). Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years of experience leading Human Resources teams**. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Flexible availability. * Important: **must not live more than 1 hour away from Iztapalapa**.
