**WE ARE STILL GROWING!!!** We are looking for **HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT** **WORK LOCATION: MARIANO OTERO NEIGHBORHOOD, ZAPOPAN, JALISCO.** **Position Purpose:** Provide comprehensive support in Human Resources management, ensuring proper personnel administration, regulatory compliance (ISO, LAPEM, STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.), and the implementation of **"Talent attraction, development, and retention processes".** The manager will act as a link between organizational strategy and daily operations, contributing to efficiency and employee well-being. They will be responsible for supporting automation initiatives, ensuring human-technological integration, and strengthening the digital culture within the organization. **Main Responsibilities:** Achievement of Human Resources objectives at the Zapopan plant. Talent management and development within their area. Recruitment and selection of operational, administrative, and managerial profiles. Personnel administration (hiring, terminations, incidents, file control, vacations, payroll receipts). Processing monthly bonuses. Employee assistance. Payroll auditing. Termination tracking and settlement requests. Follow-up on internal and external audits (ISO 9001:2015 and LAPEM). Drafting announcements, bulletins, and dissemination of policies. **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience:** * 2 to 5 years in Human Resources Management roles, preferably in industrial sector.
