We are wholesale providers with a B2B model, serving businesses and retailers across the country, offering delivery routes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on employment portals and social media. * Filtering and pre-selecting candidates. * Coordinating and conducting interviews and psychometric tests. * Conducting onboarding and integration of new staff (registration on internal platform and related processes). * Identifying training needs. * Organizing courses, workshops, and evaluations. * Monitoring development and performance plans. * Administering employee satisfaction and work climate surveys. * Supporting employees (answering questions, handling incidents, providing guidance). * Carrying out team integration and organizational culture activities based on organizational needs. * Ensuring confidentiality and proper compliance with labor regulations. * Tracking HR indicators (turnover, talent retention, performance, satisfaction). * Participating in organizational change projects. * Managing and updating employee records digitally. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Excel or Google Sheets. * ATS system experience. * Experience with psychometric testing. * Performance evaluation management. * Teamwork. * Conflict resolution. **We Offer:** * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Continuous training.
