This role is strategic for strengthening organizational culture, ensuring effective talent processes, and supporting business areas in decision-making related to human capital. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead recruitment, selection, and hiring processes using methodologies such as WHO/Topgrading. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and programs related to Talent Management and Culture. * Ensure proper communication of the organizational strategy across all company levels. * Monitor employee relations within the organization, promoting a positive work environment. * Design, implement, and monitor training and development plans for employees. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Solid knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT)** and current labor regulations. * Proficiency in **organizational KPIs**, productivity metrics, and basic financial concepts. * Experience in **strategic recruitment** and talent acquisition. * Knowledge of **interventions to improve engagement** and workplace climate. * Methodologies for workforce **management and retention**. * Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Job stability. * Statutory benefits. * Career path and professional development.
