




**Job Description:** We are seeking a **Change Management Specialist** to drive the effective adoption of strategic initiatives and support teams through organizational transformation processes. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring change plans that facilitate the integration of new tools, processes, and behaviors within the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement **change management plans** (communication, training, impact and resistance management). * Conduct **stakeholder analysis**, maturity assessments, and risk evaluations. * Develop **communication strategies** to facilitate initiative adoption. * Coordinate training, awareness-raising, and support activities for leaders and employees. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure adoption levels and change effectiveness. * Align change efforts with organizational culture and corporate strategies. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: IT, HR, Operations, Finance, among others. * Develop supporting materials, guidelines, presentations, and executive reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **2 to 4 years** of experience in change management projects. * Knowledge of methodologies such as **ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, Agile Change Management**, etc. * Ability to manage projects, coordinate activities, and collaborate across multiple departments. * Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments. **Key Skills** * Strategic thinking * Influence and stakeholder management * Empathy and active listening * Organization and results orientation * Analytical ability and metrics management * Collaborative leadership Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * CHANGE MANAGEMENT: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote/hybrid in Álvaro Obregón, CDMX
