**Position: Change Management Consultant** **Location:** Av. Santa Fe 481, Lomas de Santa Fe, Contadero, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, 01219, Ciudad de México **Work Model:** Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day home office) **Schedule:** 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (with 2 hours for lunch) **Project Duration:** Initially 3 months **Availability:** Immediate **Required Profile** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. * Minimum of **5 years of experience in Change Management**, in transformation projects, system implementations and/or new operational models. * Knowledge in **organizational communication**. **Responsibilities** * Support the execution of communication projects related to Change Management. * Coordinate and follow up on activities with users and impacted departments. * Develop communication materials (newsletters, manuals, presentations, press releases, infographics, etc.). * Implement and monitor communication plans for each initiative. * Prepare reports and presentations on progress, perception, and change adoption. * Ensure clear messaging aligned with the group's strategic objectives. * Generate metrics to measure the impact of communication and acceptance of changes. * Assist in logistics for change management activities (trainings, workshops, informational sessions). **Key Requirements** * Proven experience in **technological transformation and organizational communication** projects. * Skills in coordination, follow-up, and development of communication materials. * Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and different levels within the organization.
