We have grown year after year and are now seeking an ECM DMS Document Management Pre-sales Consultant Engineer for our Mexico City (CDMX) team, based at our Coyoacán offices. **Why Work With Us?** We are a multicultural team centered on people as our most valuable asset, where you will find: * Personal and professional growth opportunities across Latin America. * Operational freedom, managerial support, and full transparency. * Commitment to processes and best practices such as ITIL, ISO, Agile methodologies, or any others that enhance the experience of team members. * Labs, research, and development of new services, plus at least two certifications per year. **Our Offer** We prioritize continuous training for our team, strive for a healthy work-life balance, and foster an attractive, growth-oriented, stable, and supportive work environment: * **Compensation**: MXN 35,000–40,000 monthly, direct hire, 100% gross salary, statutory benefits and above-market perks. \+ Bonuses tied to KPI achievement. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid (home and Coyoacán offices) **What We’re Looking For?** * 2–3 years of experience as: Solutions Consultant, Solutions Pre-sales Consultant, Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, Pre-sales Consultant, Technical Pre-sales Lead, Solution Specialist, Solutions Expert, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Pre-sales Consultant, Solutions Architect and Pre-sales, Pre-sales Engineering. * 3 years of experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions such as: M\-File, Docuware, Alfresco, OpenText, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Athento, Zapier, etc. * 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting platforms including: Workflow/BPMN design for process automation; definition of taxonomies, metadata, and document retention policies; knowledge of archival standards and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, local compliance requirements). * 2–3 years of experience designing architectures, foundational knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling, APIs, connectors, and scripting languages for integration (e.g., Python, REST APIs). * Knowledge of OCR (Optical Character Recognition), AI for classification, ERPs/CRMs (SAP, Salesforce), and Microsoft 365 Copilot for application integration. * 2 years of experience designing conceptual architectures, project estimation and sizing, proposal development, etc. Ability to produce technical proposals, solution designs, conceptual architectures, demos, PoCs (Proofs of Concept), PoEs (Proofs of Excellence), etc. Experience developing proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), RFIs (Requests for Information), RFPs (Requests for Proposals), tenders, etc. * Familiarity with licensing models and managing relationships with vendors, partners, distributors, etc. * Training & Enablement: Train sales teams and customers on solutions and products to ensure correct implementation and usage. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete) **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * DMS ECM Document Management * SQL/NoSQL Databases, APIs * ERP Document Processes * Pre-sales Processes, Demos * 365, PoC, RFI, RFP, Proposal Development *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a7a51b4c00003500f85588\&source\=indeed
