





**Location:** Mexico City. **English:** Advanced. **Objective:** Coordinate the development and execution of corporate events across the company’s various business units, ensuring their implementation with optimal quality in terms of branding, materials, and cost-efficiency, among other aspects—fully leveraging negotiated benefits or rights while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of organizational objectives and each unit’s strategies to align efforts toward successful event delivery. **A day in the life of…*** Coordinate the implementation of internal and external company events and ensure budgetary control by organizing, planning, developing, and executing necessary activities through agencies to communicate innovations and product launches. * Optimize budgets for categories and brands to achieve cost savings by reviewing each budget and benchmarking it against other vendors. * Enhance outcomes related to branding, negotiation, investment, and activation by optimizing planning to deliver *best-in-class* events. * Coordinate the implementation of solutions for developing innovative booths and events, fully understanding the commercial objectives each division aims to achieve, proposing ideal solutions, and acting as an advisor to ensure proper execution. * Ensure end-to-end administrative processes for events. **What will make you successful...*** Minimum 3 years’ experience organizing events (conventions, banquets, cocktail receptions, press conferences, presentations, product launches, large-scale events). * Experience managing events involving production. * Experience organizing meetings, *summits*, and experiential travel programs. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Hospitality and Event Production. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate proficiency in SAP.
