Our values guide us toward teamwork, productivity, innovation, and integrity. **Job Mission:** Coordinate logistics and operations of in-store activations, ensuring supplies, talent, reporting, and high-quality customer experiences at the point of sale. **Job Responsibilities:** What will you do? * Coordinate scouting, setup, and teardown of in-store activations. * Manage admission permits with stores and city hall procedures. * Supervise visual aesthetics and dynamics of activations, ensuring memorable experiences. * Collaborate on strategy and follow-up for internal activations and those with suppliers. * Drive incremental sales and increased foot traffic at the point of sale. * Measure KPIs for incremental sales, participation, and redemption rates. * Follow up with agencies to ensure flawless execution of experiences. * Produce photographic and results reports for each activation. * Ensure proper operation, control, and maintenance of activated spaces. We offer a hybrid schedule; part of your day will be worked at the Mario Pani Corporate Office (Santa Fe) and remotely in the afternoon: **Monday to Thursday:** Corporate 7:00 to 13:00 hrs. / Remote 16:00 to 18:00 hrs. / Friday 7:00 to 13:00 hrs.
