This role is key to ensuring proper cost allocation and traceability, as well as compliance with group entity and local guidelines.* **Key Responsibilities:*** *Analyze cost structures by business line and service* * *Identify variances between budgeted and actual figures* * *Participate in monthly closings and forecast/budget processes* * *Support the controller and tax teams in the correct classification and capitalization of costs.* * *Monitor and control intercompany charges* * *Coordinate with local and global teams to validate and document committed cost agreements.* * *Ensure that the allocation methodology is transparent, consistent, and compliant with internal policies and international regulations (Transfer Pricing).* * *Participate in the annual planning process* * *Support the design and implementation of processes and reports for the new service HUB.* * *Act as the main point of contact between the hub and countries.* **Position Requirements:*** *Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
