




**Activities:** **•** Generate a set of rules and procedures that ensure the physical and mental integrity of employees, avoiding health risks inherent to the physical work environment * Develop technical, psychological, medical, and educational measures to prevent workplace accidents by eliminating unsafe conditions. * Establish rules and procedures to anticipate, prevent, and correct work-related accidents related to Occupational Safety and Hygiene. * Receive inspection visits from Government Agencies and Authorized Personnel as required by law. * Comply with all guidelines from various government agencies: STPS, Civil Protection, Regulations, etc. * Provide timely follow-up on PASST platforms for Aztlan Textil, Azul Textil, and Scala PI to meet requirements and achieve SAFE COMPANY certification. * Maintain organized folders for each applicable standard within the PASST system, standardized with the company's corporate image and stored in shelving units. * Keep the company's Internal Civil Protection Plan organized and up to date. * Ensure compliance with our Internal Work Regulations, applying appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary to repeat offenders. * Train and evaluate Grupo Scala Textil personnel to incorporate Safety and Hygiene practices into all operations under their responsibility. Begin by ensuring supervisors are the first to be trained in administration, analysis, and control of uniforms and safety equipment for all staff. * Ensure all personnel wear and use their uniform and safety equipment at all times while on company premises. (Report and sanction if necessary). * Train and evaluate Area Managers to incorporate Safety and Hygiene practices into all operations under their responsibility. * Daily monitoring of GST fire extinguisher and hydrant work plans, ensuring they remain active and compliant with established requirements. * Conduct weekly audits at plants to ensure the safety of our personnel, fire extinguishers, hydrants, signage, etc. * Develop, update, and communicate Emergency Response Protocols for emergency situations or incidents. * Train GST brigades so they know how to act during emergencies, including provision of uniforms. * Ensure control over Grupo Scala Textil employee lockers and conduct regular audits. * Ensure supervision, training, order, and discipline among security personnel and at each security booth through the Security Coordinator. * Present and analyze Key Performance Indicators on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. * Ensure order and discipline at the workplace and among the work team, implementing 5'S practices. * Achieve important recognitions such as Clean Industry and Safe Company.
