




Job Description and Responsibilities * Responsible for ensuring that production operates efficiently and profitably. * Guarantee continuous improvement and standardization. * Compliance with regulations and certifications (NOM-144-SEMARNAT, PPAP). * Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance (saws, pendulums, furnace). * Ensure quality and optimize processes. * Supervise on-time deliveries. * Reduce material waste. * Submit weekly and monthly reports. Experience and Requirements * Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related degree. * 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. * Conversational English. * Advanced Excel skills. * Goal-oriented, positive, proactive, team player. * Results-driven. * Personnel management experience. * Disciplined. * Organized. * Clear and assertive communication. * Quick response capability. * Ability to work under pressure. * Flexible availability.
