




**Job Description: Commissioned Salesperson** **Company:** RAMUSA **Industry:** Metalworking, Machining, and Stainless Steel **Position Objective:** Responsible for driving sales of specialized products and services in metalworking, machining, and stainless steel, providing personalized service to current and potential clients, strengthening commercial presence, and contributing to the company's continuous growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the industrial sector. * Manage existing client portfolio to increase sales volume. * Effectively present and promote technical products and services to potential clients. * Conduct periodic client visits to identify business opportunities. * Negotiate commercial terms and provide timely follow-up throughout the sales and post-sales process. * Prepare periodic reports on activities and achieved results. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial sector (metalworking, machining, stainless steel, or related fields). * Knowledge of industrial processes related to the company's operations. * Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. * Ability to work independently and results-oriented. * Preferred academic background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in industrial sales. **Working Conditions:** * Commission-based pay starting at 5%, based on sales achieved. * Flexible working hours, focused on results. * Excellent work environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
