




Position Objective: Design commercial and profitability strategies to lead the National Self-Service Division sales executives team, applying a continuous improvement process to achieve constant and sustainable development of the area. Plan, control, and execute the organization's sales plans in order to meet short-, medium-, and long-term sales budget objectives and authorized profit margins established by the Commercial Department. * a) Provide customer service. * b) Maintain, expand product catalog, and penetrate new products. * c) Coordinate technical consultations for introducing new products and correcting processes for already cataloged products. * d) Keep updated paper and electronic records for each customer (such as negotiations, tax documents, credit requests). * e) Implement price changes no later than 15 days after the MKT notice (in special cases, notify 30 days in advance). * f) Maintain appropriate and timely communication during each negotiation, especially if there is any sensitive issue. * g) Deliver quotations and samples promptly. * h) Follow up on overdue customer credit accounts. * i) Conduct weekly meetings with sales executives handling client accounts to review the status of ongoing negotiations with key and potential customers, ensuring continuous progress in customer service and timely capture of business opportunities. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree. * 5 years of experience as a National Sales Manager (Food industry, knowledge in Bakery or Dairy products). * English proficiency. * Valid driver's license (availability to work in different regions of the country).
