We are seeking people who share our tastes and values to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Sales: offering and suggesting products to customers. * Preparation of cold and hot beverages according to recipes—cappuccino, latte, chai, hot chocolate, milkshakes, frappés, etc. * Preparation of food items such as sandwiches, salads, molletes, enchiladas, etc. * Customer service and attention. * Table service or take-out service. * Suggestive selling to customers. * Cash handling and cash register closing. * Inventory management and product storage. * Product display setup. * Cleaning of work areas and equipment. * Maintaining order in work areas and warehouse. * Supporting opening and closing procedures of the branch. * **MUST-HAVE: Positive attitude, proactive mindset, experience preparing beverages, and passion for customer service.** **Requirements** * Experience and enthusiasm for sales. * Experience and enthusiasm for customer service and attention. * Active and quick response when attending to customers. * Committed to one’s work and team. * Friendly treatment toward customers and coworkers. * Extroverted. * Quick and dynamic. * Good verbal communication skills. * Willingness and ability to learn. * Excellent personal presentation and positive attitude. * Honest, responsible, clean, and organized. **We Offer** * Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with one weekday day off. * Monthly salary: $7,000 MXN, negotiable based on skills; biweekly payment. * Tips. * Sales target bonus. * Paid vacation days. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Excellent working environment. * Punctual payment.
