




**Warehouse Clerk** **Savare Medika** is a leading company in the supply of medical equipment, accessories, consumables, spare parts, and service. We are currently seeking to hire a Warehouse Clerk: **Requirements:** ***Education:*** High school diploma and/or completed technical degree. ***Experience:*** 2 years of experience managing warehouses, preferably in medical equipment and laboratory settings. ***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday, on-site, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. ***Responsibilities:*** * 1\. Receive, organize, safeguard, and supply materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and finished products for customers. * 2\. Receive, inspect, and organize all products controlled and stored within the warehouse. * 3\. Inventory control: electronic vs. physical inventory (tracking of outgoing and incoming items). Adhere to scheduled reporting times for outgoing items to ensure accurate stock records for the accounting department. * 4\. Prepare equipment, spare parts, consumables, accessories, and/or supplies for delivery to requesters. * 5\. Ensure that warehouse entry and exit requests are properly generated with corresponding supporting documentation. * 6\. Conduct monthly physical inventories of the entire warehouse, achieving zero discrepancies, and report results to the department manager. * 7\. Segregate expired or soon-to-expire merchandise (by batch and expiration date) and report to the Coordinator. * 8\. Identify and handle conforming merchandise optimally. * 9\. Assist in classifying, coding, and labeling incoming merchandise into warehouses via the ERP system. * 10\. Ensure reliability and optimal control of the client-provided total inventory—electronic vs. physical—through random audits and prevent non-conforming outgoing items. **We offer:** * Salary: $10,500 gross monthly * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Work location: Doña Rosa Industrial Park, Lerma, State of Mexico.
