Join our team and make a difference. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience in hemodialysis units. \- Documented proof of having completed training courses and practical instruction in hemodialysis for a minimum duration of six months, delivered by a certified medical facility or certified hemodialysis unit. **Primary Job Objective:** To be part of the nursing team and fulfill associated responsibilities; additionally, to report to the Head Nurse and the Medical Director. **Responsibilities:** * Assess patient condition prior to initiation of hemodialysis. * Timely detection of complications arising during hemodialysis—based on clinical and laboratory data—and professional intervention to correct them, including notifying the on-duty physician and administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation measures if necessary. * Monitor hemodialysis treatment according to patient condition and medical instructions. * Cannulation, connection, and disconnection of arteriovenous fistulas, grafts, or catheters. * Record the following data on the follow-up sheet: * Patient weight pre- and post-dialysis. * Blood pressure pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis. * Temperature pre- and post-dialysis. * Heart rate pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis. * Verify heparinization, type of dialysis filters, dialysate flow rate, blood flow rate, dialysis time, and ultrafiltration volume. * Patient signs and symptoms before, during, and upon completion of hemodialysis. * Vascular access care pre-, intra-, and post-hemodialysis. * Maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment in optimal condition. * Participate in physician rounds. * Provide individualized patient care and ensure the hemodialysis procedure complies with the treating nephrologist’s prescription. * Maintain the hemodialysis area in optimal condition. **Schedule:** On-site in Col. Del Valle.
