NOC Manager Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field English: Capable of writing reports, understanding, and communicating verbally. Experience: 3 years of experience in monitoring and support areas 3 years of experience managing personnel, delivering KPIs, and tracking issues 3 years or more supervising technical areas * Knowledge of monitoring systems (e.g., Whats Up Gold), SNMP/WMI * Networking / VoIP knowledge * Windows Server administration (2008–2019) * Basic SQL Server 2016 administration * Basic networking and Cisco equipment administration and knowledge * Infrastructure and database monitoring tools * Virtual environment administration (VMware versions 4–7) * Working according to ITIL best practices * Ticketing system management * Knowledge base management * Change control process management Competencies: Proactive, solution-oriented, ability to work under pressure, management skills. Work location: Cuauhtémoc Borough Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, full-time. 7×24 availability, including availability for critical incidents. Responsibilities: * Review infrastructure performance indicators. * Respond to and track alerts identified through monitoring. * Update monitoring tools and inventory records. * Document problems and applied workarounds for future incidents. * Execute operational procedures inherent to the area and related departments (including nighttime procedures). * Conduct testing in production and high-availability environments. * Personnel management. * Review and manage change control processes.
