Mechanical Technician position available **Work location: Tlalpan** **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Automotive mechanical technician or related field * **Preferably, have a verifiable specialty or certification** * Minimum experience: 1 year in the automotive sector * Proficiency with manual and specialized tools * Ability to operate diagnostic equipment **Responsibilities:** * Ensure quick and accurate solutions in line with technical problem requirements * Guarantee the use and consultation of workshop information systems by technical staff, taking responsibility for job execution and compliance with Service Actions and Campaigns according to instructions in brand-provided repair manuals and systems * Provide technical advisory support to service advisors, shop supervisors, and technical personnel in resolving complex technical issues * Perform basic service tasks (tune-ups, brake adjustments, throttle body cleaning, among others) * Assist service advisors in gathering customer information necessary for accurate diagnostics and service orders in technical cases * Maintain expert-level knowledge through ongoing technical training on new products and specialties **We Offer:** * Competitive salary plus performance-based pay * Career growth opportunities * Positive work environment * Statutory benefits Job Type: Full-time Salary: $8,364.00 - $8,500.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Work Location: Onsite employment
