For more information about PRGX, visit www.prgx.com. **Job Duties \& Responsibilities** * Lead a team of AI professionals in developing and implementing AI solutions using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques. * Develop and manage the AI product roadmap, aligning it with the organization's overall technology strategy. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI models into products and services. * Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. * Manage the development and implementation of AI models, ensuring they meet business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards. * Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. * Hire, train, and mentor AI professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. * Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors and research institutions to leverage their expertise and capabilities. * Ensure all AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and security standards. **Knowledge \& Qualifications** * Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field with a focus on deploying AI enabled products. * 5\+ years of experience in AI development, including expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques. * 3\+ years of experience managing technical teams, with a track record of success leading cross\-functional projects. * Strong working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and version control tools such as Git. * Proven ability to develop and implement AI models, meeting business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong Agile project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources. * Experience working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment. * Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross\-functional teams, external vendors, and research institutions. * Strong ethical and security standards, ensuring all AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and security standards. **Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity** PRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
