**IT Project Manager Jr.,** **Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00, depending on experience.** **2 years of experience in IT projects.** **IT Project Manager** is the professional responsible for receiving and successfully delivering a technology project, through analysis, design, planning, organization, monitoring, leadership, as well as applying knowledge, processes, skills, tools, and techniques. **Desired Qualifications:** * **Bachelor’s degree / Engineer in Computer Systems or related field.** * **At least 1 year of experience managing IT projects.** * **Microsoft Project** * **ITIL V4 Certification (*****desirable*****)** * Experience in the **government sector (*****desirable)*** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Requirements analysis. * Leading and coordinating the team from both parties to achieve project objectives. * Identifying and sequencing project phases according to client needs. * Managing human, financial, and technological resources assigned to the project to meet established objectives. * Conducting analysis and proposing the best solution for the client. * Monitoring project KPIs: Time, Cost, Quality, Margin. * Managing project constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality, etc.). * Generating project status reports. * Identifying risks within the project. * Maintaining constant communication with the client and gathering requirements. * Assigning and tracking internal team activities. * Proposing improvements and new developments. * Documenting business rules and processes in accordance with Agile methodology and other standards. * Reviewing and improving processes. * Preparing deliverables, forecasting, and ensuring their quality. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree: Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science. **Required Experience:** * Experience managing help desk and technical support development projects as a Project Manager (PM). * Experience managing teams — how many team members have reported to you? * Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM). * Experience reporting to managerial or executive levels. **Work Arrangement:** * 100% On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * 8-hour shift **Salary Range:** * Between $20,000.00 and $25,000.00 **Benefits:** * Social Security. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Statutory vacation days. * Vacation premium. * Gym membership agreement.
