As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and overseeing our collections processes, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and administer the collections portfolio, tracking overdue payments and overseeing the proper application of received payments. * Contact delinquent customers effectively and professionally, using negotiation and persuasion strategies to reach payment agreements. * Investigate and resolve disputes and issues related to payments, maintaining clear and concise communication with customers and relevant internal departments. * Maintain and update collections records accurately and promptly using our collections management system. * Regularly report on the progress and outcomes of the collections portfolio to the supervising supervisor or manager. Requirements: * Experience in customer service and motorcycle handling. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
