RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Execute collection strategies, ensuring compliance with all activities within the collections department, evaluating performance, and implementing training programs for team development in order to achieve established goals. \* Prepare weekly productivity reports for the department, reporting service levels and inventories of clarifications and pending items to management, to monitor team performance, identify opportunities, and improve efficiency. \* Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, preparing reports on the status of financial and tax information submissions from offices, validating and monitoring the balance of the collections bridge account; to ensure proper department operations.
