




**Job Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, intern or graduate. * Minimum knowledge of administration, taxation, accounting and administrative systems. * Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite. * Minimum of 1 year of experience **Responsibilities** * Attend to customers through physical and electronic channels. * Manage the assigned account portfolio. * Prepare remittances and perform data entry into the system (SAE). * Provide direct support to the Credit, Collections and Billing Manager. * Manage and carry out timely collection of credit accounts. * Monitor customer accounts receivable portfolio. * Assist in training new assistant staff. * SAE invoicing processes. * Administrative tasks.
