We are looking for your talent as COMMERCIAL FOLLOW-UP MANAGER What do you need? * Provide timely follow-up to the client portfolio in order to ensure the end-to-end origination process is fulfilled * Maintain timely communication with the sales structure * Act as a liaison with the collections department to identify clients at risk of falling into delinquent status What will be your responsibilities? * Monitor the traceability of the credit approval lifecycle and, based on this, identify clients who are approaching pension resolution by the Social Security Institute, proactively managing through branches the granting of their second loan until formalization. * Identify and follow up on the portfolio of clients under product modality 40 to ensure they are granted a traditional loan. * Establish communication with the collections department to report the updated status of clients under product modality 40 who are at risk of becoming delinquent. * Analyze portfolio performance and support preventive and corrective strategies. * Implement commercial actions that favor recovery and prevent delinquency in the portfolio.
