**At Poliformas Plásticas**, a Mexican company with over 64 years of experience in the industry, we are seeking a **Branch Manager** to lead operations, sales, and customer service at our branch. This role is key to ensuring the achievement of commercial, operational, and administrative objectives for the unit. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all operational and commercial activities of the branch. * Manage the work team: customer service, warehouse, sales, and delivery. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Ensure high standards of customer service. * Control inventory, incoming and outgoing goods. * Prepare administrative and commercial reports. * Implement sales strategies aligned with regional management. * Supervise the proper execution of administrative processes, billing, and collections. * Represent the company before customers, suppliers, and local authorities. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as Branch Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator in commercial, industrial, or distribution companies. * Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability. * Results-oriented, tracking of performance indicators (KPIs), and personnel management. * Knowledge of basic logistics, sales, customer service, and inventory control. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **We Offer:** * Weekly pay * Vacation: 12 days after first year * Christmas bonus: 15 days * Vacation premium: 25% * Infonavit and Fonacot * Savings fund (optional) * Savings fund: 5% * Grocery vouchers: 10% of monthly salary * Life insurance * Job stability and professional development Job type: Permanent position Salary: $12,000.00 - $12,600.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site job
